    He means the insurance company will only pay up to $250 per hour for towing service. If the tow service charges more than that, you're responsible for the extra.

    Some also have a tow range limitation...So, if they provide for only 1 hour of towing, but you're 2 hours out...you're out that money.

    Did you have insurance coverage, such as comp/collision etc, with Sea Tow? If so, how did it compare in premiums with Progressive or other auto type insurers?

    For future reference, SeaTow does not provide comp/collision; just towing, fuel delivery service, etc.
