2003 gp1200 Piston kit

Hi guys
can anyone shed some light on 2003 gpr1200 Piston size most catalogues list 2000-2002 piston kits but can’t seem to find the 2003? Is the 2003 the same as 2002? I know it’s powevalve engine not sure of bore size yet as I haven’t stripped it yet but from what I have read 80 mm bore?

You're right, I don't see a GP 1200 listed for 2003. I was under the impression that these were plated cylinders, which are normally not bored oversize, but I see oversize pistons available from Yamaha. Who knows?

Oversize are available, but the cylinders must be bored and sleeved. Technically they could be bored and plated though. I know Millennium plates the 1390's

Its a 1300 in a 2000 model hull .. all original graphics and matts in great condition..

Its got r and d heads for 150 lbs compression..

Also has sharpend r and d intake great and shimmed ride plate... the pump has been reinforced and the hull has been sealed off with propoxy and sanded smooth for drag racing..
