garmin set up on new FishPro

Iíve watched all the videos and looked at all the pictures... does anyone have an actual picture of the set up of how the GPS/fish finder is attached to the ski? Iíve been looking for something similar and it looks exactly like the set up Iím looking for. Not specifically interested in the fish finder, but the gps and mapping. Or is it just too soon for anyone to upclose pics yet?

    Thanks for the help!

Both were the same video, but yah that helps! Looks like it’s fitted into a side mirror portal?

    Thanks!

    Freeze frame images from the promo video;

Looks like the special mount for the Garmin uses the right side mirror structure?

Interestingly, there is an 11Ē extension for the rear deck. Room to reboard and stand behind the cooler.

I’m more interested in the transducer. What was used and where is it mounted?

I’m hoping the mount can be purchase as an “accessory” and retrofitted to the existing mirror. They are useless anyways.

They are selling it as a kit along with the Garmin ECHOMAP PLUS 62CV. The problem is they're charging $900 for it which is nuts because you can buy a 62CV for $450 almost anywhere where Garmins are sold.

Yah that’s nuts! Fuck that! Almost $1000 for a $450 dollar unit and a plastic arm.

I donít get why they changed the instrument cluster.

What was wrong with the old one ? The new one seems like itís on all the other seadoo machines.

They did leave the jet skis different, now they are all the same. Save cost ?

That orange setup is best for night time I think, like on cars. Anyway, my opinion

You guys think the glove box cover is strong enough to support an echomap 74 and a Ram mount if I use some hard rubbber on the underside to distribute some of the pressure?

    Looking at this mount
    https://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-D-...atible-devices

    and this GPS
    https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/59...01898-00#specs

I understand there will be some movement especially when running at higher speeds with the weight of the GPS... just want to know if it would be feasible.
