Spring Washers
If Im Upgrading To Metal Washers Is It A Must To Replace The Spring Washers???if They Were Just Replaced About 15hrs Ago???

No, you should be good to go.

not a must, but why not do it while it is all apart? that will be an extra 15 hrs before needing to shim or replace again..
