08 seadoowake 155. Battery drain while running

Hi Guys, 14.1 volts getting to battery while running but battery goes flat after 20 minutes running. Brand new battery didnít solve it. Vts looks fine and doesnít seem to be running un necessarily. Any ideas or checks I can perform?? Thanks in advance.

I should add. No alarm. Runs good. Just wonít start again if I stop it. Jump pack starts it fine.

Check the three pin connector with yellow wires at the rear of the engine close to the throttle body these can corrode over time. This is the three phase AC output from the stator to the voltage regulator if this is corroded the regulator input voltage may look OK with a meter but as the connection heats up with load it will start to fail.
