    The only things is see that would be an advantage for an electric pump is it is probably a higher capacity than the siphon (plus the two together means even more capacity) plus the big reason would be if you are on the water with a leak and the motor is not capable of running, such as if a cooling line split and the motor overheated, or you got rolled in a big surf and the engine shut down or sucked water in the intake, those kind of things.

    My understanding is the Yamaha FX model came with factory electric bilge pump. Up until 2018.

    The 2019 FX apparently does not include a bilge pump.

    Like it on the outside but the way the filler pipe has been plumbed makes it spit fuel big time unless its filled so bloody slow !!!

    There is no Spindle / paddle wheel on the 2019 FX, it is just the computer based speedo.
    There is an issue with the Speedo showing speed of 100 but ski only capable of doing high 80's
