I gotta tell you, I hear a story at the minimum once per month.
It absolutely amazes me how people just aren't aware of the garbage those turds send out the doors.
From what I've seen, it's far better to spend the couple of extra bucks and find a builder that takes the time to do a thorough rebuild..

Either you love run-on sentences or you are really P-'d off (I'm guessing the second one). I had the same issue with SBT. Sorry to hear that.

hrmm lets see
Buy an SBT motor...and if its bad get another one FREE no matter if u screwed it up or they screwed it up??
OR
BUY parts and have an expert rebuild it and if something goes wrong (u sink it forget to put oil in it....anything) you are screwed.
sounds like a no-brainer to me..

What kind of problems does the engine have? I have NEVER seen them say no to a warranty claim if the engine was left as it came from them, meaning none of the bolts were taken out, head wasnt removed and such.
We have taken some real doozies in there as well. Hell one of the engines we left the crankcase full of water. No problem. There has to be some kind of install error or owner fault for them not to cover it.
