Fuji pisser set up
I ordered all the parts for going to pisser outlets. I'm going to cap off the water bar outlets on the heads and tap the caps for brass fittings. What do I do with the temp sensor? Thanks

Sure will. Hopefully someone will let me know what to do with the temp sensor.

We usually don't run the temp sensor when the conversion is done. You can "feel" the temp of each individual cylinder with the pissers.

Now if you want, what I did for a temp sensor on my SLTX was to take the pissers to an exit block and then install the temp sensor at the back side of the block.
Now I can regulate the temperature of each cylinder and still have the overheat when things get out of control and i don't notice it.
I used a shorter version of this cooling bar (3 outlet) and you can see where the temp switch would mount.

You know what you could install the sensor as a cut off switch!! I would install it as a lanyard attached to your butt Bob!!!!

I had mine to the limit circuit this way I was still able to run at lower RPM's thus cooling the engine and making it home.
If it goes to the kill switch, you're dead in the water, although that's still better than burning her to the ground.
When the red lamp stopped flashing I knew I had full RPM's and she was cool enough to get back home at a little faster clip.
