Prop for Superjet
What do you recommend for 1995 Superjet, no major mods, 701 single carb with Factory B Pipe, Ocean Pro steering nozzle, have been running a Skat Trak 9/17 variable pitch for many years. That was the prop they recommend back in the day. Is there something better now? Thanks

That old school 9/17 Std. impeller has always been a nice one for overall performance on a SJ. The performance change you want would depend on where to go with another design impeller.
I like the Solas Concord or Skat Freeride impeller better because of the improved hook up and bottom end (with the right pitch of course). If you like the 9/17 you have, but want more bottom end, then run a 12/15 radial edge impeller like the two I mentioned in there.

If you find a Virage with manual reverse for parts, it's a direct swap.
