Les Cooke just called me!
So here is the scoop.
He basically talked me out of the A kit as it is very close in comparrison to the Vortech SC impeller. Said it's not "worlds" of difference.
He will have a good deal on a big batch of SC housings and would prefer to build us a batch of complete superchargers. It may be about a month before he gets them.
I told him I had a piggy back fuel controller and bigger injectors and he said that would be the best thing for his C kit. Even better than his rising rate fuel pressure kit.
His current clutch washers work with 05 and older superchargers.
His 06 spec washers available in a couple of weeks will work with the 06 and above sc's and also the Rotax Racing heavy duty shaft/clutch assemblys.
So the waiting continues.......

So for us that were just gonna get the A kit. We might as well get a Riva Impeller for the $400 bucks and get his washers.

Hmmmmm, OK .... It seems like with the different impellers he has and the machining of the cases, he might be able to come up with other combinations? Does he want to build us all B or C superchargers, or? I still want a trouble free premium pump gas setup that is compatible with the RR ECU, so I don't think I want 13+ psi. I would settle for 9 - 10 lbs and his washers, so what Water4fire says might be an option too. Then again if he says I can run 13 psi with the RR ECU ...
Did he say what boost/setup he wanted to build for us?

Ok so refresh my memory, how big of a hole is the C kit gonna put in my wallet if i use Nil's piggy back unit with injectors?

I still don't know if i'm ready to drop that kind of cash on a C kit with my stock head. I wasn't planning to go to the big valve head til next winter.
