Just sharing some other solutions. Just do a search online for boondocksPWC to find the contact information. These parts are solid. I can easily make custom pieces in plain matte satin aluminum.

Then you probably shouldn't be doing this by yourself.

When mounting a transducer inside the hull you can take it one step further by cutting a piece of PVC large enough in circumference to fit around the base of the transducer. Use epoxy to adhere the PVC to the hull fix the transducer to the wall of the PVC and instead of using silicone to fasten it down. Make the PVC deep enough to hold water over the level of the transducer. This will give you the most accurate readings with less interference as the silicone tends to "Muffle" the signal. As a commercial fisherman for the past 38 years, I've been doing this with remote mounted transducers when a suitable transducer location isn't possible and also when you want to get a different angle on the beam. Keep in mind that the cumbersome circumference of the PVC can easily be manipulated by using a heat gun to alter the shape to make a tight fit.

Thanks for the reply Steve. I have a Garmin T15 in hull transducer that comes with several different "tubes" to mount it. The tubes are angled on one side depending on the deadrise. I'm just trying to find out the best place to attach the tube/transducer on my '21 FX HO.
