? about metal washers...
I ordered the metal washers from Jerry yesterday. My question is does it matter the order of the washers on the install? Are they both the same size or is there an outer and inner washer. Also what is the best way to remove the gear without loosing the needle bearings?

The washers will only go on one way so you can't go wrong. One has a smaller hole than the other.
Carefully pull the gear off and if you get lucky half the needle bearings will stay in the gear. Carefully put it back on the shaft and then feed the ones that dropped out one by one.
