Be sure the turbo wastegate "hose restrictor" is in the correct location.

Ahhh ok thank you sir. I'll check it out when I get home and post an update. The only other suspicion I have is the oil temp sensor. I think it keeps the engine around 4700 rpm if oil is cold. That's what I read on one of the forums. Does anyone know if this is true

It has 2 oil pressure sensors a high and a low pressure, temp is monitored through coolant temp sensor in block, i do not believe their is a IAT sensor on the machine but i may be wrong its been a few min since i owned one

Put a boost gauge on and take a reading at 4700 RPM and report back.

Did you ever figure out your issue. I am going thru the same thing with my 2007 F12X. No codes, runs perfect to about 4,800 rpms. Took off my line that feeds the T from the WGS and could not blow thru at idle or off. New WGS, plugs, air filter, oil correct, no codes, restrictor pill correct. Hoping you figured it out. Hoping it is not a bad ecm not providing power to WGS.

Take your wastegate actuator off, and check to see if your wastegate arm moves freely inside the turbo. Ive seen this happen to where they get stuck (even with frequent riding).
