I just tried unhooking to see if it will fire in case something is shorted. I found the one pin this morning which I have checked to make sure that it was snapped all the way plus checked if it was dirty. I will unhook it to see if it has voltage.

    This is with engine cranking?

White/Red voltage only really matters when engine is cranking.

Cranking 25.8 volts. I am calling around to hopefully find another EMM to barrow for testing. I still not think it's waking up for some reason. It's not showing ride responsible like it usually does but says unlocked. I have searched for the mfi page to try setting the code but not finding it so looking in the wrong place.

Polaris Ficht system - engine start EMM sequences

UNLOCKED means the MFI is not locked.

    The sequence is:
Start button cranks engine, with cooperation from MFI display and the LR-503 module. If the display security mode was locked then the engine will not crank.
Note: LR module bypass gets around that

Note: This is for Virage and Genesis Ficht models.
The MSX 140 does not have LR-503 module nor does it have security lock feature.

The stator coils supply AC voltage from the cranking flywheel to the EMM power section (8-pin plug). Power section converts the five stator coils 5-7 volts AC into a 'stacked' DC (output via the diagnostic loop back connector).

With the injectors connected the DV voltage on white/red wire should quickly rise to a tad over 20 volts.

That 20+ volts powers up the EMM (EMM does not use 12 volt battery power for anything).

EMM quickly boots up and watches for trigger signals from Crank Position Sensor. EMM also monitors lanyard kill signal, TPS throttle and engine temp sensors for out of bounds conditions.

If TPS position is within bounds (for the idle position) and the CPS crank position signal makes sense, the EMM outputs an RPM signal to the MFI display (Yellow tachometer wire).

If the MFI was sleeping, the RPM signal wakes the display up (speedo needle round trip sweep).

EMM also begins firing the fuel injectors and spark plugs. At which point the engine is supposed to start.

The fuel injectors require the injector voltage feed on white/red wire to stay above 20 volts while the EMM begins firing the injectors.

EMM itself can operate on much lower voltages (maybe just ten volts or so) but the actual Ficht fuel injectors require the 20+ volts.

Immediately after engine start the RPM is supposed to quickly rise to idle at 1150RPM. The injector voltage jumps to circa 45 volts and stabilizes.

Thanks, I did check the injectors red/white wire it jumps between 24.8-25 volts on all injectors. I should have said this. I checked just about everything just not coming to life.

Update : I got the loaner EMM hooked it up and she came to life. It's the EMM not waking up. I tried to buy this loaner but he will not sell it. I guess I'm getting to know more about Polaris skis. I will look for a good used EMM for testing. I will be calling the EMM repair to explain what's going on.
Thank you all for your help and time.

    Try this test.

Connect the big 40-pin connector to your original 'bad' EMM.

Connect the smaller 8 and 12 pin connectors to the borrowed 'good' EMM. See if the engine starts.

If engine starts then your original EMM's power section is bad.

If no start then the original EMM 'computer' section is bad.
