Does anybody know what format the log files are saved in? I'd like to take the data and use it for gauge overlays in my gopro video.

Its super easy, you can do it. You can define x y and z values and scale as well as well as rules to take out abnormal data points. Send me a log Iíll check it out.

Also it’s worth going through whittlebeast posts, he is the megalog master and has posted lots of great info on it. You’ll have to dig a bit

I feel like itís similar to setup like HPTuners except I can do a percentage with HPT. The megalog only shows the actual AFR and you have to guess to get it close, correct?

Here is an example. The scale is setup to mirror what I set in my motec. You'll want to setup the X and Y axis to mirror the resolution of your map. Helps a lot to save it after you have it the way you want it, click on "Saved Histogram Views" otherwise it reset next time you import your data.

i have an excel document I made to do just that. Actual afr vs target afr. % out of range. Put that into excel spreadsheet with base map and a new map is generated.

Also have MLV able to show percentage out

You can build formulas between fields in MLV as well. Doubt he'll have the target AFR coming off the vtech log though.

Yes you are right. Take the Target afr from Mapedit tables and place them into excel spreadsheet with afr table from MLV. Do calculation and apply to base map and you will pull AFR’s into spec very very quickly

I do a similar operation to correct motec maps in mass like that. I take the closed loop fueling correction values and apply them in bulk using that method, work real well as long I filter out the odd/noisy values.
