GPR triple pipes , they still live !

Just purchased a ski with these pipes , they are in excellent condition. The surprise was they had been using a stock CDI for the ignition. What sort of power were they losing? Luckily I have a 1290 Advent CDI with triple curves .

Have to thank Hydrotoys for the hints on ensuring a reliable flywheel on my Triple pipe GP1200R build. The flywheel turns between two bearings this way , no wobble and broken crank snout .

I have the pipes setup on a mock-up engine , makes things easier when trying to get it right the first time .

Flywheel support installed , exhaust manifolds and egt probes installed . Next phase lower engine into the new hull . Itís a slow job because of all the items that must be correct first .

Pipes are in and it lines up , still have to mount the PV motor and EGT gauge and plumb up water lines out from the head and pipes . Started first go and very smooth with little vibration.

Went for a quick water test run and had a hose clamp come off , I think I may have forgotten to tighten it properly. Hit 72mph in about 300mtrs before the water line started to upset the engine. Back to the shed for some new clamps this time .
This thing has heaps left under the belt .
