ppg talked about how they had some made but i never got on on my ski when they built it, he said i wouldnt see a gain, but who knows
its kind of hard to tune a manifold when it goes through a waterbox and then another rubber hose

In any case longer, more equal runners will almost always yield gains. I'm curious how the one on Quattro's is made. It looks like they start off with a mounting flange, build the runners off of that like shorty headers, and simply build a box around them with a bolt on cover for cleaning or inspection. This could be fairly easily built by someone with a plasma cutter, welder, and good welding skills. If i only had the time and resources.

01X: Dude someone building a header surrounded by a water case would cost $$$, Most boat headers that are water jacketed are exposed to lots of air to help keep them cool, like in BB jet boats, I don`t think one could build one small enough for the amount of space in our hulls, and keep it cool...PR...

still curious about that intercooler.... i bet it is sick in the cooler months... probably a dog in the summer. I might need to get two different intercoolers depending on weather conditions
