Help '94 750 Nothing when I hit starter.
I have power to the meter. It shows the Batt has 16.2 volts. The wrist strap in on, but when I hit the starter, nothing happens. Not a click, pop, grunt or grown. We just got the machine and had just been using it for about 2 hours. It's been running very good. The only thing, the idle seems to be a bit high. Oh, I did hit the reset button on the top of the Batt.
Also, it was not running hot. Even after 2 hours it felt just warm.
Any ideas.

Welcome to the hulk David. 16.2V is way high, are you sure it's not 12.6? Check connections inside the elec. box and fuse if it has one. Also check the kill switch on the handlebars for grounding out.

Hi David, I'd also like to say WELCOME to the Green Hulk Forums!!
If your craft is indeed charging 16.2 it probably fried the battery and it's now completely dead (broken plate?).
Can you verify the actual battery voltage with a volt meter and let us know what you actually have at the battery?
Be sure to have it load tested as well, some batteries will appear to be O.K. only to fail. The load test will let you know just how good that battery really is.
Does the craft start if you use a jumper?
Be sure to disconnect the MFD while jump starting your ride.

The meter says 16.2, I put my good meter on it and it was 12.8.
I checked all the connections. All are good. The lcd meter is always on. When I hit the mode button, the red light flashes a few times and then it displays junk.

Disconnect the MFD and leave it off for a couple of hours and see if it re-sets.
Disconnect the battery and use a known good jumper pack or battery, does it start now?
Check the ground to the engine/engine bed, check and clean the connectors at the battery/jumper pack.
