7th Annual Hudson River Ride in Memory of Bruce - 6/24/18

Figured I'd get this thread going with a tentative date of 6/24/18 and start some discussion... What do we think about bringing this shit back to Yonkers? I know its ghetto but its where this ride originated and I'm thinking the extra distance is what has made interest in this ride dwindle down the last year. I could be wrong and that's why I'm leaving it open for discussion...

Where: Georges Island Park or Yonkers JFK Marina (now with moar dock)
When: 6/24/18 @9am; everyone in the water by 10am

**** Recommended Inoculations for participation include Tetanus & Hepatitis A ****

And for the launch location. .. George’s Island Park adds ~25 miles each way on the water.. I know last time the conditions sucked but it felt like 100 miles from the Tap to the launch on the way back.. out of Yonkers everyone can easily make it on 1 tank of fuel.
