Where In The World Did Honda Go?

    2008 Honda AquaTrax F-15X GPScape.

“Honda!” Now there’s a name that practically everyone would recognize. After all, they are one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world. They also used to make personal watercraft, dubbed the AquaTrax.

I've had F-12's and a F-15 and they are superior to Yamaha quality wise. As the article says, they got in the market at a bad time but another factor is they weren't making much money per unit. I work with a guy that was on the Aquatrax R&D team. They would compromise quality and cheap them out. They did a hull drop test at Sea-Ray's facility and their engineers told them the hulls were over done...stronger than their 25+ foot boats.

I wish they'd get back in the game. I love my F12X & R-12X. If they started building skis again I'd seriously consider buying a brand new.
