    Are you still doing the EMM repairs? I have a 2001 Polaris Genesis I 1200 and it’s not charging. All the research I’ve done it appears to be the EMM. It starts and runs fine but according to the dash it’s at about 11.9-12 volts. Put it on a multimeter and the battery while running is only about 12 volts so I know it’s not the display giving the incorrect reading. Hoping you can give some advice on how to verify if it is the EMM and if you can repair it. Thanks

    Check the stator output voltages
    Make sure the battery is in excellent condition

    You can find stator specs in the k447 link at the bottom of my message

    And yes the voltage regulator rectifier is part of the emm

    Have you ever jump started the ski or run it with a questionable battery?

    Lakeside Tech is definitely still offering EMM repairs

    Captain Pete has offered some good advice, check the stator windings (ohms (all 5 pairs) and AC volts while cranking (all 5 pairs)). If that checks out then its likely that your EMM needs repair, I'll be glad to help.
