    how much trouble to change hulls from a 2010 rxt to a 2016 rxtx ???

    I have a 2010 rxt ugly yellow ski thats rough and found a 2016 rxtx new bare hull and want to convert everything to the newer ski. What all would b involved in the transfer of ibr motor gauges ect wiring ?? any help would be much appriacated, thanks

    The new ski has the better rideplate pump combo. I would use that design for sure. The fuse box in the 10 is in the back starboard side panel. The newer is infront of the motor. Without the hatch compartment openings that is going to be hard and you may need to adjust wiring length to put it upfront.
    Also the ibr motor is also completly different as the newer ibr comes through the transum mount not from the side in the pump tunnel.

    So that would need to be addressed. Also. I think it can be done but things would need to be adjusted and without the back hatches very difficult!

    O yea. No rear hatches that open. Your right austin that would b a nightmare, scratch that idea. I need to find a hull with the rear hatches that open. Thanks austin.

    The access opening is still there, it's just not cut out.
