    Not much left. Need to pull control cables and fuel tank. Then wait for my aluminum to be ready at the fab shop

    I was thinking now that I have the motor out, should I freshen it up? Rings, bearings and gaskets? Or just run it. When in the new hull should take 20 min to pull motor.
    600hrs on it 175psi on all cylinders.

    if it is not broke, dont fix it. You might overwhelm yourself with the project at this stage. Since it is easy to remove I would just run it as is.

    Cleaning hull so i can make a jig for engine to drive shaft alignment. Lots of oil in there I don't want to be welding near.

    Still waiting on my aluminum from the fab shop. I did build a rack today hoping this will help with positioning boat for welding.

    Material finally was delivered from fab shop. Welding for the next few weeks now.

    I modified the fuel cell this weekend to take stock senders, the intake came in today as well.
