    Cool

The two running 1100's, and shot of custom strap guides. Bow stops have to go low, or the covers wont go on.
I love the look of the reg. numbers with the custom font.

Then there's the current big project. Stripped the inside to clean the oil mess and reattach all the mounting pads. WHAT A MESS !!!!!
    Little port clean up also.

I did a 750 SS Xi about 5 years ago. Significant damage to the hull, I patched the worst spots, then covered the entire bottom hull with new glass. I think it had 3 or 4 layers on the front, up to 12 layers on the back where the worst damage had been.

Some bozo had tried jacked with the driveshaft and broke the plastic tube that it ran through. I turned down a piece of schedule 80 PVC pipe and slide it inside the original tube and glued it in place with 3M 5200.

I couldn't believe that Kawasaki didn't install a drain plug in this model. I drilled a hole all the way from the stern to the engine compartment and installed a PVC drain pipe with drain plug.

The ignition box had a little mud in it... I cleaned it up and it worked fine. Surprisingly, the engine had just a little rust on the crankshaft counterweights and was in good shape

My first hull didn't have a drain plug either.
Your was definately stronger after all that.
For the most part, i really enjoyed doing mine, except for the foot wells.
