Would these be the correct part numbers (from 2009 FZR parts diagrams)?

Another option. You can always make a bracket and mount it to the midwall. This is on a GPRSHO, but you get the idea

Great solution for the factory location.
Just did this past spring for my yearly maintenance and had all the same questions. After finally "finding" the fitting I started to slowly squeeze grease in and wasn't feeling any resistance so I kept squeezing, assuming it would start to get "harder", before I knew it I had emptied the entire 3oz tube of grease. 25 hours later and no problems. I hope I just got lucky. Even if there was zero grease in there, would it even hold 3 oz? Based on others warnings of over filling I assume there is no relief if over filled? I don't remember seeing any specs on capacity or recommend amount for filling in the manual.
