i checked sc slippage, right at 11 nm or 8.1 ft lbs, manual says 9 to 14 nm, so i assumed it is good even if not on high end , i dont thing 3nm would make me loose that much, then i replaced the impeller with one i had form 2014 gtr part # 26700801, same as 2015, i checked pitch with my impeller gage and i can read 13/18,now rpms is 7680 and 60 mph flickering 61 speedo and 59.8 phone gps, so a few more rpms and no speed gain.checked pitch on 14/19 and it is right at 14/19 . i al a little lost and dont know what else to look for.
air and water temp are a little too high for performances maybe?

Air and water temps are high...that's part of it. You're gonna be slower in salt, too. But you're down 4-500+rpm with a 13/18. I wouldn't think the heat alone would kill that much.

Have you checked for intake restrictions....cleaned your ic lately? What grate are you running? What octane's the fuel? VTS at what setting?

i did not clean intercooler, stock intake grate, 93 octane with 10% ethanol, vts stetted half way or one notch up above half way are the fastest positions.

For a comparison I am in the Tampa area and I have a tune (not sure much about it as done by prior owner) and rideplate holes filled and in this heat I pull 65-66 mph at around 7550-7600 now but in freshwater. That is with half a tank or less and about the same weight.

And crank the VTS all the way up.
