2007 GP1300R Way Down On Power

I have a 2007 gpr with 171hours. It has a dplate, free flow exhaust and ejk, rest is stock. I dewinterized it and it's running oddly. It sounds sad, very low exhaust note with terrible acceleration and 49mph top speed. Just has lost its pep.

2 of the spark plugs looked blac rich, one was perfect. There was black oil or fuel around the base of the two blackened plugs. I replaced all three with no change. I tried removing the EJK which made it worse. My plan was to run injector cleaner and check compression. Is there anything else to try?

Compression check all 3 cylinders.

Check the stock oil injection is not stuck 100% open or blocked

Remove all old fuel and use new fuel with injector cleaner.

Gotcha. Not sure how to check oil injection system. Any advice?

I premix.
I do know it can be stuck 100% open if there is too much slack or a broken cable. Then it runs super rough. However compression test first, ring might be dying and before you destroy the motor/cylinders it's a very cheap fix.

That's not good... You have a hole in your piston. You will probably want to go with a whole new top end. That piston and cylinder are both shot.

Next is is to pull the motor apart and assess the damage that has been done.
