Check everything again. Especially the hard to see items.

Only when you are certain you have not forgotten anything, should you reconnect the battery.

Have a clean and dry shop rag on hand and a fire extinguisher. You had the fuel system apart, it might leak when the engine is started.

I know for sure it might leak! I had a 0-ring on one of the injectors pinched. I started it and looked at the manifold and saw gas spraying all over the the manifold! Check, double check, then look for leaks when you start it.

    Thanks for the detailed writeup!

I'm planning on doing the ribbon delete soon on a 16 VXR. Is this throttle body mount worth it for NA engine or only Supercharge? Thanks

It's a great and inexpensive mod for all 1.8's. Increased throttle response is a nice gain.

Thanks for the writeup. I'm curious if it has been visibly demonstrated that there is in fact boost leak out of the stock throttle body mount? Or can you feel by hand that there is boost leak that necessitates changing that part?

When the stock throttle body rubber dampener mount leaks you will have reduced engine RPM and reduced performance
