Where did that waterbox come from?

Nice to see something being worked on.

Not much snow up there to play on yet?

I sold my snowmobile last year , to fast for the kids and not enough snow close to home for me to play
the water box is from an old wet jet lol I am going to use the stock one instead of modding this to fit , I’m thinking it will be to much noise for back lakes
nice to see you are still here most of the guys have gone

I have been checking this out. But it looks good and I don't think there is much I could contribute

    Well it’s time for wiring
time to find out compatibility of Fuji parts
to start with : 96 SLX e box , 92 650 CDI , 92 650 stator, where it’s going to get tricky I think is with the LR modules but we will see it may not ?

Not seeing why you would be worried about the LR modules.

The basic voltage regulating LR module has the same wires and functionality across many models and years. Yellow, Red/Purple, and Black/Ground. These provides the core voltage regulation, the battery charging function.

If your model has an electric bilge pump or any other 'automatically switched power when engine is running' accessory then you need an LR module with Orange wire, in addition to the core Yellow, Red/Purple, and Black/Ground.

Over the years Polaris revised the basic LR module multiple times. My take is these were primarily for increased reliability and perhaps increased electrical power output for running the engine + battery charge rate.

Later revision/model LR modules are basically interchangeable in place of smaller/old LR versions.

SOME Polaris PWC models have specific LR modules with added functions, such as (for example) a special voltage output for a fuel gauge or a specific RPM limiter configuration.

I don’t have to put a 3rd out line anymore to a pentagon pump that’s not $100.00 nice

I'm always checking things out on here. Not going anywhere.

You should be fine with the electronics. The 92 model used different style connectors I think, but nothing you can't handle.

That's a really good price for that fuel pump.

Keep up the good work, and it's a shame the sled is gone. Sold off a few toys of my own to clear up some room.
