05 Motor with 06 front oil tube

I've got a 05 motor I'm rebuilding and I've got a 06 and up front oil tube and oil pump I'm putting on it so I can do away with the TOPS. How are y'all wiring up the tops plug and the other plug right below it so it won't Throw the code and go into limo mode.

The 06+ block has a extra vent hole behind the balance shaft to use the the newer style TOPS valve , when I rebuilt my motor I drilled the 10mm hole if I ever decided to do the same mod .

I'll see if I can find it , I read somewhere that you need to put a resistor in the plug .

The safest thing imo would be leave it connected and just tuck it up out of the way , it can get costly to try a resistor that blows the mpem.
