    GPRXP Build Thread

Got a deal on a 2006 GTX Ltd 215 and have always wanted to build a GPRXP. I got a bare 1200 hull from Rich at WFO and that's where I stand now. Plans for now are to keep it a stock 215 with an external IC. Get hull tuned for stock 215 and then go from there. Not doing anything crazy on this and my goal would be to have a quick, reliable river cruiser that I can blast on here and there. Maybe an X-charger in the future with a drop-in wheel. The Seadoo donor engine looks rough in the pic but compression was 152, 150, 155. Gauges are so faded, I can't even read them so idk how many hours are on it right now but a friend with a Candoopro will be pulling some info for me sometime soon. I have a couple other projects I need to finish up first so this may start out slow. I did trim the firewall down tonight though....

Oh yeah, I bet I will. I have flipped through your entire thread quite a few times picking up the do's and don'ts. Main thing I need right now is the basic conversion parts which I plan on getting from addicted. In the mean time, I have some hull cleanup to do.
