Almost there. Forgot to get hose clamps at the store so back we go. The 3/8 Barb fits nice and tight for the 5/16 hose. Not sure if any of this will make any noticable difference, but what the hell, keeps me busy

I need to do something. I have the hose running through the hole in the back of the ski. The rear compartments are letting the water in that is draining from the hose. I guess I need to tee it off like u did. I will have to glass the hole up. It's a 2012 rxtx.

You could put a plug in the end of the hose and clamp the plug in place as an alternative to fiberglass/paint etc.

I'm a little confused with your situation, but would this help. One of the reviews says he uses it on his jet ski...

Ruff, instead of T'ing it into another line, he ran it out the back of the boat with a hole he drilled.

Spliced it back by the pump tunnel. Was gonna do it by the exhaust/charger, but then it's just another thing in the way when ya pull the charger for rebuild.

My extra trip back to the store to get hose clamps, yea, got the wrong size. Too small. Back to the store tomorrow. Hope this helps someone else who decides to do it Click image for larger version.

It’s tough living so far out in the sticks. The nearest hardware store is nearly 45 minutes away and it’s just a small one. Home Depot and Lowell’s are an hour. But I have something even better that most of you all don’t have. A neighbor that’s a retired machinist with a full machine shop in his garage. I wanted to go with a 1/4” pisser. It’s big enough to bleed a little air out and I have enough large hoses zigzagging around the engine compartment. I’ll put a 1/4” 90 barb on the intercooler and I’ll only need about 5” ‘s of 1/4” hose. My neighbor made this for me, 3/4x3/4x1/4 ....
