Virage TXi not getting fuel
Any ideas why my ski is not pumping fuel?
If I connect power and ground directly to leads, fuel pump works fine
Emm is just in from emm repair so I should have no issues there
What other system could tell the fuel pump to work or not. Bad module somewhere?Last edited by K447; 03-23-2017 at 03:52 PM.

Also, if I ground out connected pump on test lead, it does not kick on either

Figured out the issue. Just have to fix it now.
When I connected plug to pump, the pin for the red wire is loose and getting pushed back instead of making a good connection. I pushed it tight as I re-attached plug and ski has fuel again.
Anyway to make those pins firm in the connector so they don't get pushed back or come loose again?

Elsewhere in an older thread I posted photos of a Ficht fuel pump test jig, including info on how the oddball fuel pump connectors are assembled.

Pull the motor, much easier. Also a good time to clean out the hull and...
