Very very nice. Maybe add some Red Seadoo stickers to the trailer, Red stripe? make it look like a set!

One thing, the storage bin, does it open from the front? If so, you may want to add a secondary pin/lock, if it does not have one, so that is cannot blow open while driving. would not want the lid to fly back and smash into the ski.

Thanks!! I have thought about adding some red seadoo stickers to the trailer but cant decide if I like the all black look or not. the storage bin at the front has a lockable latch and also has a gas strut. so if it where to open while driving the strut would stop it from flipping over and hitting the ski.

Do not underestimate the force of wind at highway speed to rip the gas spring end clips apart or tear the gas spring mounts out of the lid or box, should the hood open itself at speed.

I have rubber T latch clips similar to these on my trailer box.
No rattles, easy to open, secure hold down.

These look like exactly what I used. No metal clip protrusions, no skin snagging.

I just noticed something, the ski looks to be behind the axle quite a bit. How is your tongue weight? Have you had it up to highway speeds. No tail wagging? You should be around 60% of the weight in front of the axle I think for stability.
The box may be heavy enough to compensate for it, but you don't want to find out the hard way of you make a lane change and she starts wagging.

I hope its fine cause it looks nice!
