    Crankshaft Rebuild Opinions

Need a crankshaft rebuilt (or purchase a reman one all together) for a 951 carb
OEM is too expensive with core charges

Can anyone recommend a company to rebuild or purchase from?

I bought an SBT reman crank for a Polaris Virage 700 a year ago and it worked out great. I also have one of their 720 engines in my GTi that ran great last year, haven't started the season yet this year. There are also several other places that do them, but my experience is only with SBT.

It's pretty much SBT or Hot Rods in the Seadoo crank business, but you will find very quickly that SBT is half the price and just as good. Plenty of ppl out there bashing SBT stuff in general, but i have used a lot of their engines and a few cranks too and had good luck out of everything they sent me.

Most all are going to require your old crank for a core, or a core charge.
