Trying to get my 2016 VXR up to 70+ Help

So this is going to be my second season getting my VXR out on the water. My 2016 VXR ran 63MPH (GPS) on flat water stock. I installed the ribbon delete which bumped it up to 65 (full tank). I am waiting for Jim to send my plate back which he said should add about 3MPH with the all around cut. If that works out I would be at 68MPH. So that leaves me 2MPH short of 70. Now my question is, where do I find those other 2 mph? Hopefully more than 2? What would be the next best thing for me now? Not trying to spend a fortune but would like to get it up to speed before the season starts. Any advice?

Air intake? If not up in rpm bend prop to 7800 rpm target. Factory limiter 7898.
Here is a more accurate tach.

I like both opinions. I am looking at the intake now and I have also been looking at the R&D grate for a while now.. Did not know the holes would make a difference on top speed. Once i receive my plate i will fill the holes. I am looking to order the cold air intake now but I cant figure out which one is the one you guys are talking about.

R&D one works great and saves some money. I ran that on my '14 VXR with nice results.
