That is likely very bad. Have you removed the spark plug? Best case the plug itself fell apart, but more likely that plug got pounded by the PTO cylinder failing catastrophically When you have the plug out you should check compression on that (and the other) cylinders.

The spark plug threads into the cylinder head and is seperate from the red cover. You will see silver aluminum circle at the center of the cover-that is the head.
Does that aluminum also move when cranking ?

    you may be lucky ;)

You may have gotten lucky and the plug has just loosened out of the head.
next thing stripped threads and will need a helicoil next thing could be really bad broken parts inside cyl chamber

Ok well since I got it my rpms have only been at 6,000 that's what made me check the engine over Thats when I foun the spark plug jumping up and down so I dug into the engine a lil more yesterday and I found out what it was. Whoever had it before me must of changed the o rings in the head (I think) cus the head bolts weren't even tightened down all the way. So I took them out and checked the cylinder and there was water droplets everywhere in there. So it must have been letting water in the cylinder. I don't know how the hell I didn't blow the motor from that but I tightened them back down to torque specs and tested it out and she runs perfect now. Thanks for all your help guy
