    Riva Hard Intercooler Pipe help

    Can anyone tell me how to block off the blow off connector on the 2016 riva hard intercooler pipes? They dont come with a block off which is crap if you ask me..

    I dont own a welder so that wont work.

    Just cut one out of aluminum. Trace out the shape and cut it out with a jigsaw. After that drill the holes clean up the edges and spray paint it black.

    If you are talking about the pipes with TiAL flange I believe you are out of luck

    This is what they look like. I was thinking of maybe a piece of metal that would cover the hole. Then to hold it down a clamp that is similar to the exhaust to exhaust manifold clamp?

    Easiest and cheapest route is going to be getting a plate welded over the flange to cover the hole.

    Cheapest way to get that done? buy a welder from harbor F in the am? Would a basic one work? Ive welded in the past but with supervision.

    Ehh looks like its aluminum.. not going to buy a tig for that.

    Anyone else think its stupid for Riva to offer a BOV for the SeaDoo's. At the very least offer a pipe without.

    Then again, can't really blame Riva if people buy into this.

    Buy a welder??? No way, run that piece by a muffler shop - 20 bucks cash in someone's hand will get that done quickly.
