Anyone installed the R & D Yamaha Race Port BOV Yet?

I just bought one from the store. Looking to see how yours came out and sounds. It should be here next week. Hopefully installed next weekend.

I have the older version of it on my FX SHO, and used to have one on my FZR until I started doing more mods to it. It's nothing you can really hear on a stock ski, or at least I can't hear anything different. I just put it on to save the clutch. If you plan on doing heavier modding in the future, save your money and get a BOV when you upgrade the intercooler.

I used to have a retic, and several burms. Accidentally ended up with some hybrids one time when i put the retic in the same enclosure with one of the burms while I built a new one. My wife doesn't do snakes though, so it's just dogs, cats, dart frogs, and turtles now.

Wow!You have some nice ones! When I had mine, all the color morphs were not around yet, or really expensive. I stopped by BobClark's place in OKC when he had supposedly the first albino one,and it was something like $10K in the mid '90's.

never understood why anyone would get a bov/tube for 400 bucks? you can get a fizzle for 800 and have a bov and a bada$$ intercooler.

FIZZLE Y1000 Intercooler for Yamaha Skis with HKS copy BOV

The kit comes with the Y1000 intercooler, bracket setup, brass fittings for water inlet/outlet, custom formed intercooler to throttle body silicone...
