    MAPTUNER vs R&D REFLASH

    Better or reliable????
guys are getting 76-77 with the Riva map tuner , at least what their sayin here...
I have a R&D R3 reflash around 130 hrs great acceleration but no more top speed , repitched prop then went with the twin speed stays 73-74 on average but I'm happy no issues..

Ultras about rough water hook up I've learned not to get caught up in a top speed chase for the magic potion ... 76-77 doesn't mean shit in the 2-3 ft waves as 95 % of riders aren't gonna keep that pace over a long distance ..

Good luck with the tune, keep us posted of top speed, rpms ,acceleration ...

Without being able to read AFRs on the water just wondering how safe a tune is to reach 76-77 mph the map might lean out the high RPM range.. Hmmm a little risky without some race fuel..

I agree 100%.....with the Air Fuel Ratio monitoring system.

Its the only way to tune your ski correctly! It only cost 165.00.

    Without it, your just guessing.

The ONLY advantage is the ability to load the file you buy yourself, you still can't tune the ski yourself. So in reality you pay $900+ for the loading ability,

ive talk to jesus Garcia from riva and he told me that he had a tune for the map tune running 16 lb pulley with cold air intake through hull ex that will support all the fuel demands running 8400 r's around 75-76 with no problem. but I do agree I will check the afr and if needed i'll add a rising rate
