    Gpr sho hull cuts

    Anyone have info on how to make the hull cuts, like wich tool to use that's preferable. Dremel router, air saw, cutoff wheel, grinder, ect?

    Also the dimensions of the cutout in middle for the oil pan to clear.

    Cutting mine now and don't have means to put engine in and out numerous times.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Also need info on way to mod water box after exhaust manifold is straightened.

    And need some wiring diagrams for an 09 fx sho and a 2013 fxsho. Mainly aps wiring. On the 2013 it's incorporated into the finger throttle, it's huge and prefer not to use it but wire in a standard cable activated aps.

    No need to glass them over...leave them open and make drain holes to the rear and front of the humps on the top liner where the waterbox is etc. Basically channel water out between the liners. We changed mine when we went turbo and it works great. Keith

    I ended up going 1" wider than the center piece, and cut the right side stringer right at end of the stainless steel plate under the engine mount. And the clearance hole for the oil pump. Used pieces of an old Midwall as filler pieces. Sealed and bonded everything in place with 3m panel bond.
    When you went turbo did you need clearance on the left hand stringer. Planning going turbo waiting for supercharger clutch to fail. Would rather make cut in left stringer now than later with engine in or having to remove it again.
