    Seadoo ride boots

I've owned all 3 riding boots jetribe , jet pilot and seadoo and they all did the same , after one season the upper and lower soles start to separate as they are just glued .Dont know if you or anyone else had this problem but did my best to hose rinse after riding in salt water then let air dry.

Now the new jetribes sew the upper and lower soles and will be testing them this season should give me a few yrs at least .Seems body heat and salt water weakens the glue on these boots..

I have good things to say about H2Odyssey dive boots, I'm currently using the UltraSole and I had a pair that took alot of abuse in my stand up riding days

Yeah I tried the new jetribe my buddy has a pair. I didn't really like them. I rinse mine out after each ride and hang to air dry. I got over 400 hours out of mine. The soles are still intact it's everything else starting to crack and fall apart. Saltwater only.

Dont laugh, but I have a pair a of Swims that I absolutely love. They come in several styles, lace-up (with an ankle) and boat shoe (similar to Sperry docksiders in style). Ankle protection is either wishy washy to non-existant depending on model, but they last forever, float, keep zebra mussels from slicing you to shreds, and look great.

In terms of longevity, at least, they will WAY outlast any of the riding boots offered.

That may not be for everyone, but maybe go check a pair out at your local mall. That's kinda the point, shop around, ya know?

Yeah, I thought the same thing right after I ordered them. I'll report back after I get them later this week. Thanks for your thoughts.

If those lace loops are metal, they are going to rust like crazy in salt water.
