    215 Xcharger ECU question

215 challenger boat with xcharger, 42 injectors, external intercooler, solas.... Is it worth for me to find the stock 255 ECU or get a flash on my ecu?

Gas consumption is terrible since i installed the xcharger with bigger injectors. if to get a 255 ecu would it make the gas consumption better or stay the same? considering the 215 ecu is mapped for #38 injectors.

On the ecu it says Continental MSE 3.7 R / 1B 665787. (What other models use this use?)

FB 25 05 16. Does that mean this ECU was made in 25 May 2016?

665787 - What other models use this use this ecu?

I'd switch to the 255 ECU base on the fact you're running more Boost then the 215 ECU can handle. It's limit is 10lb max. Either way you're fuel economy will suffer.

From my readings on the forums, everyone said i should be okay with the 215 ecu. I am wondering if to swap to 255 ecu will have any gains or improvements.

Now to get a super good deal on 255 ECU. My current ecu is almost brand new, less then a year old.

I really think you'll be on the edge. I ran the same setup on my 08 215hp rxp but I used a 10lb wheel. Imo I'd add an afr and boost gauge. Imo it's a must

From what year and model 255 ECU can I use on the 2010 challenger? Correct part number is "420665866" but that only shows ecus for boats

I've run 14psi on stock Ecu.... there isn't a max limit... also no need for afr gauge... proven setup, runs rich at idle and fine up top...

You state you have a 665787 ECU and a Continental sticker. The correct factory ECU for your boat a 2010 Challenger 215-180 is 665786. The ECU you have says it is comp. with the following:

2008 Sea Doo Jet Boat 150 Speedster 215
2008 Sea Doo Jet Boat 180 Challenger 215
2008 Sea Doo Jet Boat 180 Challenger SE 215
2011 Sea Doo Jet Boat 180 CHALLENGER 215
2011 Sea Doo Jet Boat 180 CHALLENGER SE 215

Now sure what is different in 2010 or if this is your problem but since you state it runs bad and sucks up fuel might be?? By the way google is your friend google your part number and tons of info come up.
