    96 gtx help needed

So i bought a 96 seadoo gtx with 787 engine.
Ski was in decent shape but was missing carbs.
Ski was also sitting since 2012 (carbs were still on it till a weak or 2 before i bought it)
(Mechanic or who ever looked at it took them off and newer gave back to owner telling him they are no good)
I cleand bottom end out of acces oil lef in it since 2012.
Filed it with fresh oil and fuel also new filter
Got a set of carbs (non accel pump)
Rebuild them put them on went to start it
    And now the issue.
Ill start witch choke run for couple seconds and dies.
No difference when i play with trothle.

What do you guys think that may be.
My popoff was set at 35

It's definitely not the pop-off pressure. Did you replace all of the fuel lines? Did you clean the fuel selector valve? It's a fuel delivery problem. Are the carbs new? If not are you sure the buil-in fuel pump is working?

The whole system takes a bit to prime back up. That's assuming all lines have been replaced and are routed properly. Also new o'ring on fuel filter cup and fuel switch taken apart and cleaned.

I haave not changed fuel lines or clean the selector valve ill do that tommorow.
Lines were replaced at some point since they are the black ones.
Carbs were used but i cleaned them in ultrasonic machine and used all new gaskets and diaphragms.
Fuel is getting throug carbs since i can see it coming out in return line
I dropped pop of to 30 and reset the higs to 0 and lowes to 1 .
Still same issue and now my selenoid only clicks so i uave to jump it to get it started.

Let's start from the beginning, does it have compression? Does it have spark? Are the plugs wet when it quits running? What do you mean by "jumping it to get it started? Are you jumping the battery or the solenoid? If you are jumping the battery to start it, while it's running check the battery voltage at 3000 rpm. If the charging system isn't putting out at least 13.6 volts the ski will die after a short period of time.

I had to jump relay to get it going.
I replaced relay and it starts.
So i replaced all the fuel lines and cleand the selector ski runs perfec on trailer but when i put it in river today to test it it seames to strugle to build up speed.
It will start to gain speed than drop almost like it misses and build up speed and rpms again than falls on its face agai.
Any idea of what can that be

You need to bring a volt meter with you to the launch. Leave it strapped to the trailer and back it into the water and run it. When it starts acting up check the voltage at the battery while it's displaying the symptoms. Let us know how it goes. you might even take short video of the issue. Also try both "on" and "res". You can also try slowly pulling the choke while giving it throttle to see if it starts straightening out.

I have also just bypassed the on res selector and ran from fuel baffle directly to carbs just to rule it out

Did you check voltage like Myself suggested? Did you check compression? I've seen a number of them act like this that were seizing from lack of oil. Compression test will tell you if this is the culprit as the rings will be junk after the first partial seizure.

    Sorry for taking so long
    Compression 160/160
Volt meater shows its charging and volts were changing with revs.
Cleaned selector alll new lines cleaned fulter.
    Same issue.
Runs mint on hose just bogs in water with load.
