Here's what Region 8 just posted link to (but installed). I love it. Painted all the billet switch holders and mount to match the orange in the 2015 px colors. Found the grips in neon orange as well. Triggers powder coated to match the yellow in ski.

I'm more looking into if there's an aftermarket mount and stem for the 260 I see the after market steering uses the original mount which is plastic ad obviously a weak point

No this is all billet and replaces the complete stock plastic system. This is exactly what your looking for (at least I think).

The 13 inch tall round assembly slides out and this slides in (then u add bars, switch holders, triggers, etc.)

It's sturdy for sure.

Are you talking about replacing the plastic just to the south of the dash area? Not sure if that exists. This is the most complete replacement I found and is what's installed.

Yeah tbh that's all I can find too , I basically bought a rxpx 260 hull and the steering has been removed so I just basically got a hole in top of the ski. The price of a standard steering setup I thought I may as well go aftermarket, I looking to just get one custom made something like a umi setup
