    ET18 doesn't fit SVHO supercharger.

ET18 is a SHO supercharger upgrade

for the SVHO you have two choices

    ET F1

    ET F2

If you have an R&D R5 reflash you should already be running a valve train upgrade and a rising rate fuel pressure regulator. Haven't you read the full product description for the R5 reflash? It explains that you must have these things. Please read:

I recommend the Riva titanium valve spring retainers
    https://www.4-tecperformance.com/ind...6kuls8a3ej42v0

and I recommend the Riva rising rate fuel pressure regulator

Hope that helps! If you have more questions let us know.

without a special tool such as this you would need to remove the cylinder head and then use a different special tool

Its easier to just use the Riva tool and leave the head in place

You mean, last upgrade this year. There is NEVER a "last" upgrade.
