Sorry my crystal ball is broken lol

    What kind of vibration
    Have you inspected the pump
What is the history on the ski
Are there and broken engine mounts
What rpm is it going to at WOT
    Any modifications

No mods were done all stock , not sure the rpms but i would guess maybe 3500to 4000 , new to messing with skis but I've done cars and bikes so I'm Pretty capable, going to look when I have some time and see if anything got sucked up into the intake grate , don't know much history on the ski , it is in good shape and very little corrosion , when I inspect the pump housing what am I looking for ? Scrape marks or any broken pieces ? Not trying to ask dumb questions guys I'm just learning . Best way to check the mounts? i'll just look at them to see if they're broken?

pump vibrations are typicaly caused by bent or damaged blades.... ( easy to spot )
or objects caught in between blades to housing

these skies to have a harshness / vibration at about those RPM in the back left corner of the ski , cause by the 1st waterbox vibrating on the fiberglass mount ...... they all do it sooner or later, as the rubber insulator feet on the waterbox/muffler are to thin,
( this might be what your feeling now that you say 40mph ish )

these are a very basic ski that has VERY FEW problems when some simple maintenance steps are followed.....

could also be a spark plug miss? or water leak? those rpms dont add up to full throttle and the speeds listed, could just be cavitation

Gotta get a flashlight in that jet pump look closely thru both sides and look for debris..start there

how does the ski feel on take off does it hesitate and whines when you engage the throttle that would be cavitation as pump is not pressuring fully..How's the ski when idling is it rough , like Nj said 65/[email protected] 3500-4000 rpms doesn't make sense your probably mistaken on the rpms..
