    Help...Can lower block be Repaired?? 04 4TEC

    Blew a Valve.My question is can this minor Damage be Repaired by A machine Shop??

    Technically, yes. But it all depends on how good a "machine shop" is...

    This kicked out and will require delicate welding (to reduce warping) then line-bored straight again. The welding will very likely tweak all flat machine surfaces so YYMV!!

    IMO: I would look for a used block

    i agree! I would not trust that block again, even if repaired.
