Blows oil out the catch can? Could be a simple as too much oil or as bad as a broke piston. Can only guess with that little bit of info you gave

Blows oil out the catch can and into the intercooler.
The dealer have rebuilt the engine and it's just the same.
The compression is OK but it have a leak at sylunder nr1
And milky oil. The kawasaki tecknic in Norway said just changed the oil. The intercooler and the oil cooler is OK.
Could it be a crackd head? Sorry for bad English

Yea it could be cracked but lets go back.... why did the dealer rebuild it in the first place and what all was done during the repair?

The first time it had a rpm drop and water in the oil.
Went to det dealer and they tok a teardown of the engine.
They coden find enyting wrong with it.
Then they built the engine whit nye gaskets and it was just the same.the old Headgasket didn't show eny leak.

Ok if oil cooler is ok and intercooler is ok is better if you remove head and make pressure test. In one 310 of my customer head broke in flat in hole of stud head , micro hole exhaust side and water in oil.
