    Hx 155 pump conversion

    Just seing how hard it is and if it's worth it. Would be using xpl transom plate, 4 tec aluminum 10 vein pump, 98 xpl driveline. All for a gp1300r efi triple into an hx hull. Don't care about top end just want a holeshot monster. Not sure if the 144mm pump will be enough or if I should get a skat 148mm bolt on mag pump, or go with the 155mm pump. Stock size pump for the gpq300r is 155mm. Engine mods are going to be carbon reeds, milled head, custom stinger tube to fit exhaust in hull, free flow intake with velocity stacks on throttle bodies, 3* timing keyway, and riva electronic jet kit fuel controller.

    Find it hard to believe no one on an hx, xpl, or xr has advice on doing pump swap.

    Yes, thanks for the link. Shame though have to do a lot of grinding in the tunnel almost through the glass and modify the shoe heavily to make it fit. Is there any other ways? Maybe a skat 148mm would be bette for my setup.
